Colour change wheel cleaners are not all created equal. Some are so weak they take ages to show a purple reaction on a contaminated wheel, and then when it does happen it's a lighter - or simply pathetic - colour change.

Our Supernatural Wheel Cleaner is the opposite of that. It's a full-fat colour change wheel cleaner, loaded with as much active ingredient as possible. All unnecessary ingredients have been removed and you can see the strength of the resulting product within a few seconds on a grubby wheel.

Being pH-neutral, this product also suits sensitive wheel finishes better than traditional acidic and non-acidic (heavily alkaline!) wheel cleaners. And it can also be used with caution near ceramic brakes (minimal dwell time, rinse thoroughly).

Prep-wise, blast off loose debris from the wheel with a pressure washer, then spray on Supernatural Wheel Cleaner (avoiding brake components where possible) and allow it to dwell for a short while before working it in with a pencil brush and barrel brush (depending on the level of contamination you are tackling). Lightly contaminated wheels may just need a light spray. Then simply rinse thoroughly with your jet washer.

Treat tar spots that remain with a suitable tar remover like Supernatural Tar and Glue Remover, then coat the clean wheel with a strong sealant like Supernatural Acrylic Spritz or Supernatural Hybrid to make them easier to maintain in the future.

You can also use Supernatural Wheel Cleaner as a fallout remover to tackle embedded ferrous contamination in upper paintwork; just spray onto cool panels (avoid PPF until sure of its effects), allow to dwell and rinse off thoroughly.
